Hello New Year

We often start the New Year with a very strict mentality. We go all in with our workouts and meals not realizing that could potentially cause us to quit early in the game. Here are a few tips on how to stay motivated this new year.

  1. Write down your goals. List them from most important to least important.

  2. The two important goals on your list is what you will need to prioritize first. Start slow with two goals not 5 or 10.

  3. Have a plan of action. Want to eat better? Find healthy recipes online, write down the ingredients you need and go shopping. Want to workout? first pick the workouts you enjoy most, then find a trainer or coach that specializes in that area. Another option is to find fitness app. There are so many options now a days and the internet will always help us find what we need.

  4. Don't be hard on yourself. Let's say you skipped a workout or got drive thru after a long day of work. One day of that happening will not destroy your progress. Just remember tomorrow will be another day to give it your all. life happens, be kind to yourself 🖤


Remember to take it day by day. Rome wasn't built in a day 😉.
