8 WEEK SUMMER CHALLENGE
Are you ready to turn up the heat on your fitness goals this summer? This Challenge is designed to help you stay active, healthy and energized throughout the sunny months ahead.
Challenge details:
-Duration: 8 weeks of exciting workouts and progress tracking
-Goals: Set personal fitness goals related to strength, endurance, overall wellness, or weight loss goals.
-Nutrition: Enjoy some healthy recipes and nutrition tips
-Message me directly from the app with any questions or comments you have. I will be available to answer any questions you may have. If you want to just chat with me you can also do that :)

LET'S GROW TOGETHER
Prepare to take your fitness journey to new heights with the Let's Grow Together program. Inside you will find that each workout comes with video demonstration, reps, sets, tempo and tips. There are 3 Lower body day workouts (glute focused) and 2 upper body day workouts, each roughly around 45-60 minutes.


Welcome to the Dumbbell Only fitness program! Whether you're hitting the gym or working out at home, the workouts are designed to fit your lifestyle, lasting between 40 to 60 minutes. Plus, I've included suggested meal plans to help you fuel your body and achieve your fitness goals. Join me on this journey to a healthier you!

The Power Fit Pro is where dedication meets transformation. This program is 6 weeks long, 5 days a week. Equipment needed: dumbbells, bench, and a barbell. If you are working from home, there are modifications and swap options if you don't have a barbell.

A BIT ABOUT ME
My name is Yolie, and I am a certified personal trainer who wants to help women reach their fitness goals. As someone who has struggled with her weight her whole life I know how difficult it is to find
the right balance between health and fitness. I believe in creating unique experiences by sharing fitness stories on here about myself and most importantly sharing stories from others. We all have interesting and inspiring stories to tell when it comes to our fitness journey and my goal is for you to hear about them.
But fitness isn't the only thing I am about. I am a mom of two, I am married to my best friend, I am learning about gardening, cooking, and homeschooling. My son has autism so I am also learning everyday along side with him. So with that being said with Bodybyyolie you are not only subscribing to read about health and fitness, you will also subscribing to hear all about a Fit moms life.

About a year ago I made a decision to start losing weight and focusing on my health. I was diagnosed with high blood pressure in my 20's, I had gestation diabetes and have always been borderline diabetic. I was getting the fitness part down but I hit a weight loss plateau. Reaching out to Bodybyyri_Fitness for nutrional help was one of the best decisions I have made. I crushed through the plateau. I am not afraid to eat. I am going to bed full not hungry. I continue to learn how to make better choices. I hit another plateau but she immediately change things around and fixed them. Since I started with Bodybyyri_Fitness my doctor has now lowered my blood pressure medication and said if this progress progress continues I will hopefully no longer need it. Making goals and hitting them has felt amazing! Thank you Bodybyyri_Fitness!

House of Pain
When you are done you feel confident and accomplished. That’s how Yolie made you feel,
she works you hard, leaving you feeling amazing and strong afterwards.
I'm 29 years old, an RN, mom of two littles and the owner of a small shop called Bree inspired,
where I got to design Yolie’s Logo for her business. You could say I was pretty active with my
lifestyle, I ran, did little workouts on you tube here and there but my eating habits were horrible.
I was the perfect snacker. I lived off of creamer with my coffee, cereal, ritz crackers and slices
of bread. No joke. Oh and I also didn’t drink enough water. So you can imagine how my level of
energy and stamina were…zero to none. My mentality was, as long as I run, I wont gain weight.
But it didn’t matter how many times I ran I was not seeing any difference in my weight or body shape. Yes I know my diet had to change but I just could not keep myself discipline enough to
do it. I needed accountability and I needed someone to help me and push me. That is when I met Yoli.
I started with her at the end of February of this year. She was mortified with my eating habits to say the least but knew exactly what I needed to do to change it. It was hard at first, getting the
nutrition part down, my body was not used to eating actual meals, 3 times a day but then it became the norm in my life, to the point where I could feel a significant difference when i’d
miss a meal. Then there were the workouts, I learned very quickly that I had no upper body
strength whatsoever. But she pushed me, she believed in me and by week 3 thats when I saw
what I could be and what my body could do!
I had muscles! My arms didn’t look skinny anymore but look defined. Week 3 was a
breakthrough point for me. I felt confident, I wore clothes the I had but never felt confident
enough to wear around people. My energy levels were high, I was sleeping better at night and
overall I just felt great. Another important thing to me was not to lose a lot of weight, it was not
my focus, but to tone my body and become stronger, I did lose a couple of pounds but I
gained lean and tones muscle which is what I wanted.
I was with Yolie for 2 months and it definitely has been the highlight of my year. I could not
have done it without the support of my Husband and of course without my awesome trainer!
You got me out of the house, You pushed me to do things I never thought I could do and you
celebrated with me every step of the way. You were tough, and honest and were never afraid to
make me go a little further even when I was already dying in the process..haha.. that is why I
got results and that is why I will always be thankful for how the Lord used her to change my life
and my habits! So thank you my friend!
